Important: Nothing on our site, app, or related communications constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities or financial instruments. The BDOGE (“BattleDoge”) token is intended solely for access and utility within the BattleDoge ecosystem. It does not represent equity, debt, profit rights, or ownership in BattleDoge. Nothing on this page constitutes legal, financial, or tax advice.

1. Acceptance & Scope

These Terms govern your access to and use of battledoge.co, any related dApps, smart contracts, content, features, and services (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. No Offer, No Investment Advice, No Securities

  • No offer/solicitation: Information on the Services does not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy securities or any financial instruments in any jurisdiction.
  • No expectation of profit: The BDOGE token is designed for in-app access, participation, and utility (e.g., game features, access rights, rewards mechanics) and is not intended as an investment or for speculation. It does not grant dividends, revenue share, or ownership in any company or entity.

3. Eligibility, KYC/AML & Restricted Jurisdictions

  • Eligibility: You represent and warrant that you are of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and are legally permitted to use the Services.
  • Restricted access: Certain features (including any token distribution or presale) may be unavailable in jurisdictions where local laws impose restrictions or where sanctions apply. You must not use the Services if you are subject to applicable sanctions or are in a restricted jurisdiction. Consult your local laws.

4. Token Distribution

  • Additional terms: Any presale, public sale, or airdrop (“Distribution”) may be subject to separate terms (e.g., caps, vesting, allowlists, eligibility checks).
  • Finality: Blockchain transactions are irreversible, gas fees are non-refundable.

5. Product & Protocol Risks

  • Volatility: Digital assets are highly volatile and may lose value.
  • Self-custody: You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys, seed phrase, and device security. We cannot recover lost keys.
  • Third-party dependencies: Networks, RPCs, bridges, oracles, wallets, and exchanges are third-party services outside our control and may fail or be exploited.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to violate any law or sanctions program, engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud, access the Services if you are on any applicable sanctions list, interfere with or attack the Services, or attempt to circumvent geofencing, KYC/AML, or other controls.

7. Forward-Looking Statements & Roadmap

Statements about future features, utilities, partnerships, listings, or timelines are forward-looking and subject to change. They are not guarantees of performance or delivery. We may modify or discontinue any part of the Services along the way as we evolve.

8. Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnity

  • Disclaimers: THE SERVICES AND TOKEN ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY (INCLUDING TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE).
  • Limitation: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BattleDoge AND ITS AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, TOKENS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM (A) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, (B) ANY SMART-CONTRACT OR BLOCKCHAIN FAILURES, (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR WALLET, (D) THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, OR (E) SECURITY INCIDENTS OR BUGS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. IN ALL CASES, AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO US FOR THE RELEVANT SERVICE IN THE 3 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT (EXCLUDING TOKEN MARKET PRICES).
  • Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BattleDoge from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
